How much is due at time of booking?

20% will be required at the time of booking in order to book your date.

What type of payments are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards via Shopify, Shop Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo and cash which will be due at the end of the event.

Do you provide alcohol when renting the trailer bar?

To be compliant with local, state and federal law we are not able to purchase and provide alcohol, but we are able to serve the alcohol. You will be responsible for purchasing the alcohol through the license at which your venue holds. If you have any questions about this do not hesitate to reach out to us.

How far will you travel for a event?

For all services we prefer to keep travel within 120 miles of Amarillo, TX.

What events do you service?

We are capable of doing just about any event imaginable, but to just name a few of the popular ones we have done weddings, birthday parties, grand openings, company events, festivals, fundraisers, bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduation parties, brunch, holiday parties and even kids birthdays with snacks and a lemonade, so the possibilities are endless with this trailer.

What features does the trailer have?

The trailer is equipped with two refrigerators, a sink, full wood counters, ice bucket, electricity, a saddle bar stool for pictures and gorgeous barn doors that make a perfect backdrop for all your picture needs.
